How do I subscribe to courses?

 

  • Select a course group from the left of the screen
  • Click on each course for more information.
  • Click on Buy course when you find a course you wish to purchase.
  •  If this is the first time - you will be asked to set up your BT Learning Centre accout
  • Set up payment via Click and Buy

Call  Click and Buy help desk on 0870 378 0770 ( local phone rates)  or email Click and Buy on service@uk.clickandbuy.com.  HINT: your username is normally your email address.

How do I cancel a course?

Log into your BT Learning Centre account and against the course click the Cancel button. Follow onscreen instructions that will take you to the Click and Buy website.

Enter your Click and Buy username and password to access your account, click Transactions, then Subscriptions and click the Cancel button against the course.

Alternatively go straight to the Click and Buy website http://www.clickandbuy.com to cancel the course.

Difficulty setting up your Click and Buy account

Any problems with this, call Click and Buy Help Desk on 0870 378 0770 (local rates apply) and they will set up your account for you over the phone.

Cancelling your Click and Buy account

If you wish to cancel your Click and Buy account go to www.clickandbuy.com or you can contact them on service@uk.clickandbuy.com on 0870 378 0770 (local rates apply) (Monday-Friday 9am to 11pm,  Weekends 9 am to 5pm)

Problems with payment

If you have made any changes to your phone account in the last 12 months, added new services or moved house, do not pay by direct debit, or have a special rate plan, the online service may not allow you to pay by phone bill. 

If you have a problem related to your Click and Buy account you can contact them on service@uk.clickandbuy.com or call them 0870 378 0770 (Monday-Friday 9am to 11pm, Weekends 9 am to 5pm)

Click and Buy tells me I already have an account

If you get a message telling you that your username already exists ( your email address),  and you know that you don't have a Click and Buy account, simply click on Create new account and change your username to something different. Any problems at all with setting up your account, call the Click and Buy Help desk on 0870 378 0770 (local rates apply) and they will set one up for you.

No password was emailed to me

If you requested a new password online but never received the email, either the email address you gave us may be incorrect or the email could be being blocked by your service provider.

Check your email address by clicking on My Details in your account. If it is wrong, please change it and request another password.

If it is correct, either ContactUs to request a new password ( and include your telephone details) or call our Help Desk on 01872 325200 ( Mon-Fri, from 9a.m. - 5 p.m) and ask them to give you a new password.

The Mindleaders course/demo doesn't display all its features/menu

MindLeaders courses are only supported in Internet Explorer and may not display fully in other browsers. Also you will need to disable popup blockers on your PC to see all the features of the course. For instructions on how to do this click to go to The MindLeaders site.  If this does not solve the problem, Contact Us with exact details.

Other Problems

The Mindleaders course doesn't recognise my username or details

 
If you are asked to enter your email address (optional) on the first page of your Mindleaders course - ignore this and click No.


The Mindleaders certificate does not display my name


The certificate will not display your name until you Contact Us and ask us to update your details. Do this by clicking on Contact Us on this website.

Note that the ECDL course does not have a certificate or a Transcript because this is not allowed by the ECDL Foundation.

I purchased a course but can't see the course in my account

The most likely reason is that your payment authorisation via Click and Buy did not go through.

If you did not receive a welcome email from Click and Buy, contact the Click and Buy Help desk on 0870 378 0770 ( Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sat and Sun: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m) to see if you have an active Click and Buy account, and if you have been charged for the course. If you do not have an active account, ask them to set one up for you over the phone, and then you can go back into your learning centre account and purchase the course again.

if you did receive a Welcome email from Click and Buy, or still need help, call our Help Desk on 01872 325200 ( Mon-Fri, from 9a.m. - 5 p.m; Sat 9a.m. - 5 p.m.) or click on Contact us and send us the details of your problem and we can check your account for you.


I tried to set up a Click and Buy account but it didn't accept my details


Your billing address needs to match that of your bank or card details, or BT telephone account. Click and Buy will accept payment by certain types of BT phone bill. Click and Buy will not accept payment by debit or credit cards that do not have a good credit rating history. Other stringent security checks are carried out to protect yourself and ourselves against fraud and sometimes these result in an error or failure to set up a Click and Buy account. These can usually be resolved by simply confirming your details to Click and Buy.

Call the Click and Buy Help desk on 0870 378 0770 ( Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 11 p.m., Sat 9a.m. - 5 p.m.) local rates.) and ask them to help you set up an account over the phone.
